International Job Vacancies For the role of Assistant Finance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that you provide financial and administrative support to the Commercial Controller for the Regional & National Distribution Centre delivering timely and value added services whilst meeting deadlines with accuracy. Ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. Key Responsibilities in this role will include; Reviews Site purchasing, i.e. raising and receipting Purchase Orders to correct P&L Codes, correct authorisation process followed. Procurement Card Transactions reviews Purchasing Logs. Reviews Product ordering and allocation. Reviews Holiday and Sick records and Working Time Directive reporting. Reviews and authorises the collation of Payroll hours and Agency hours, for payroll, purchasing and LOGICS portal usage. Assist with the production of the period pack. Identify areas of continuous improvement.
