hello and good day my name is Edwin and i am willing to save a life today by donating my kidney to anyone who is worthy of it. Nearly 100,000 people are on the waiting list for a kidney transplant. I am sorry i can't save all lives but the one lucky person i find worthy of my kidney will have it.
