Pet Old German Owl Parrot

Hi!
I am rehoming my pet old German owl pigeon. I've had him since he was a few weeks old. He is only about 4 months old.
I'd like to preferably rehome to someone with experience with birds or pigeons. He's strictly a pet and not meant for releasing as he will not survive!!
