REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of current Full Service or Upscale Casual Restaurant Kitchen/BOH Management experience
• High volume background - must have background in restaurants doing over $3 million in sales
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
